A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Istanbul and the following hotels by KONGRESIST International Convention Management Inc. for IEEE WCNC 2014 participants. All reservations are on first come first served basis and should be accompanied by full pre-payment to be guaranteed. The amount will be charged to your credit card upon receipt.
 
Cancellation:
Cancellations will be subject to the cancellation charges applied by the individual hotel. Please check with hotel of your choice.
